User Content that you create or that we create specifically for you under a Service-Specific or Subscription Agreement remains only accessible to us and persons authorized by you to access your user account. ContractScope/InsureScope uses artificial intelligence technology to analyze contracts and policy documents:
Processing: We may utilize AI services to process and analyze the documents you upload.
Document Analysis: Our technology is designed to locate key clauses in your documents, identify potential gaps and missing clauses, display unique guidance, and generate automated comparison charts for similarities or differences between documents based on your needs.
Customizable Analysis: Utilizing our standard set of clauses to cover most industry use cases or our services, you can create your own clause searches, clause guidance, or clause checklists.
Data Security in AI Processing: All documents processed by our AI services are handled in accordance with industry-standard security protocols. You have the option to address how we use your data to train and improve our technology.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may share information in the following circumstances:
Our Companies and Third-Party Service Providers: To process the information as necessary to provide the Service, complete a transaction or otherwise respond to your request(s), and based on our instruction and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and other appropriate confidentiality or security measures, we may share your personal information with our affiliates, trading names, related parties (successors, assigns) and/or trusted third-party service providers, who perform services on our behalf including, but not limited to, providing technology, customer service, other shared services, functions, payment processing service provider, AI service providers and cloud storage providers.
